Soak 8 to 10 peppercorns overnight, along with 2 or 3 bilva or neem leaves in honey. Also, soak a handful of groundnuts in water overnight.
In the morning, after completing your Shivanga Sadhana and other practices like Hatha Yoga, Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, etc., first chew the soaked bilva or neem leaves. Then, chew the soaked peppercorns. After that, add lemon juice to the honey and drink it. If you wish, you can add water to it. Lastly, consume the soaked groundnuts.
